#flathold coordination (Landing + Side dyno) problem. It’s all about direction control.
To jump and to put weight on.

またしてもランディングからのダイノ。今度は最後まで。保持する手の向きと足を振る方向を散々アレンジしてようやく飛べた！上部も加重核心です。

難易度高めなコーディネーション（ランディング→ダイノ）課題。打ち込んでムーブの組み立ては出来たけど、最後まで繋げる事は出来なかった…
