Beautiful #magalaclimbingholds hold slab problem . Technical high step with wearing jeans on the big stage. He has a style.
やはりとても美しかったmagalaホールドのスラブ課題。クライミング用とはいえジーンズで大舞台に立つ、お洒落には抜かりの無い土肥選手の超絶なハイステップが見られます。登りだす直前まで壁を使って股関節のストレッチをしてましたけど、ジーンズでハイステップ課題は落とせる。と言う事で。

Problem with holds have straight shape. It can study what direction the force will be most applied ↘️↙️↗️↖️ New shape of #cheetahold is not positive than the imagination from the appearance. Holding carefully.

直線的なシェイプをしたホールドが勢ぞろい。どの方向に力をかけると一番止まるのかが勉強できます。
シータのニューシェイプ、見た目から想像したよりは保持感がそこまでなかったので、慎重に動くのが○。
と言っても見た目から想像する保持感って人それぞれだから、いつでも慎重に動きましょうw

THE NORTH FACE CUP 2018 Preliminary No.25
Crux is at the horizontal weight move with stretches arm like a balancing toy.
It is not a bad hold as you imagine from the appearance. Body positioning problem that isn’t necessary holding power & body core.

ヤジロベエのように両手を伸ばして行う左右の体重移動が核心。見た目から想像するより悪くないホールドで、保持力も体幹もそこまで要らないし、リーチがなくても攻略できる体のポジショニング課題なので、女性にも是非トライしてみて欲しい高難易度です。宿題にしてまで回収した久しぶりの初段。

Technical 1 : traverse 2 : high step 3 : heel hook Problem with #simplvolumes wooden ducks.

テクニカルなムーブが満載。 初手からのトラバース、足上げ、絶妙なデュアル具合に気をつけつつヒール。最後は左足上げて蹴るが設定のようだけど、ダイナミックに取り行っちゃった。

シータのトータルボールの攻略法。タイジュツと同じくビス穴の保持を知っていれば１グレードダウン。難易度高めのコンペ課題以外で触れる機会がなかなか少ないから、思う存分触ってきました。
