With a straight vertical wall, the problem with paddle dyno to the side. In the momentary movement that we can not think about the timing to move hands forward, the important thing is the lower body. I love the motion of my left foot.

純粋な垂壁で、真横にダブルクラッチする課題。手を進めるタイミングなんて考える余裕もないほど瞬間的な動きの中で、大事なのは下半身。左足の動きがそれっぽくて好き。

A huge wall & holds. And It stands outdoors! It's only 15 minutes from the city center. I’m just enviously.

笑っちゃうくらい巨大な壁、ホールド。しかも屋外。
市内の中心から15分もあればいけちゃうジムでこれだけのスペースがあるって羨ましいばかり。
太陽の日差しを存分に楽しめるアングルでどうぞ。(外岩行けばっていう話はそっとしておこうw)

#squadraholds volume fichtl problem. My palms are tiny so I’m not good at that, but small body is good at mantling:)
スクアドラオンリーの課題がたくさんあった。苦手なホールドだからこそ触れるグレードがあるのは助かる…‼︎
