初心者の僕には辛めに感じる課題のBase Camp Tokyo。
G.Wの最中でしたが、午前中はまだ人の集まりも緩やかで集中して登れました。
課題は難しい半面、かっこいい課題が多く何度もリトライして登りたくなる課題が多いのも特徴！

体を壁に対して垂直にする（上向いてマットに背向ける）逆手でアンダーを取る。スメアで楽な姿勢を作る。ゴール保持が辛い課題の核心はその過程でいかに楽をするか。
