How do you make use of the remaining feet that you do not use on landing? A good problem that can be learn perfectly.
1: Flew foot in the direction and keep the remaining limbs and body on the wall.
2: The direction of retention is changed by opening the foot sideways, and the holding power is strengthened.
3: Since the body turns when the limbs are on the same line, make the triangle with the foot and stabilize the body.

着地で使っていない残りの足をどう活かすか？がバッチリ掴める良課題。
１：飛んだ方向に流して残りの手足と体を壁にとどめる。
２：足を横に開くことによって保持の方向を変え、保持力を強める。
３：手足が一直線にあると体が回っちゃうから、足で三角形を作って体を安定。
